Recently, the new product "HTS1690 distinguishes two-color plastic injection molding machine" developed by Ningbo Haitai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has passed the expert appraisal. The innovative features of the aircraft are outstanding. Among them, there are three parallel patented technologies for parallel single-cylinder injection, elastic nut and unloading channel tie rod, and hollow spherical head plate; five-point oblique multi-incision double-bend elbow clamping mechanism is adopted; The optimized design, compact structure and good performance; the rotary design of the mold is driven by a hydraulic motor, which is flexible in rotation and uses double positioning devices to ensure accurate and reliable positioning. The hydraulic system uses dual oil control. The main performance index of this machine is in the leading position in China. It is the first two-color plastic injection molding machine in Ningbo that passed the expert appraisal.
